I will use the "What? So what? Now what?" from the Reflection Toolkit for this blog.

What?

Before I started to do anything, I summarized the feedback from the last presentation.

Then, according to the to-do list for the last blog and feedback, I summarized the insights that I gained from the survey.

After that, I created a few personas based on the insights above; this will help me identify my potential audience better.

So What?

Creating these personas would be considered somewhere between the ideation and inspiration part because the core function is helping designers identify their potential design audiences. The personas that I created each have a different focus on social, environmental and gender aspects (and these are the core values that I need to keep in mind for the whole design process.)

Now, with a clear understanding of the diverse needs and dynamics of our audience, I can proceed to the following stages of the project with confidence. The personas will guide the development of design concepts, inform the choice of materials and layout, and influence the overall aesthetic and functionality of the public spaces. They also provide a basis for ongoing engagement and communication with the community, ensuring the project remains responsive and adaptive to feedback as it progresses.

By grounding our design process in the realities of our users' lives, we ensure that the redesigned public spaces will be visually appealing,, environmentally responsible, genuinely welcoming, and supportive environments that enhance the quality of life for all users.

Now What?

Now, I need to finish the stakeholder analysis and officially move on to the ideation phase. This includes brainstorms and creating rapid prototypes; I have a tight schedule since the poster is due on Oct 3rd...
